BQ Approach

Phase 1 - Consultation

The BQ Planner will lead a consultation call to determine specific trip objectives, including location preferences, interests, dates and any special requirements

Phase 2 - Trip Initiation

Research and presentation of destination options, including estimated pricing, experiences, flights & accomodations

Phase 3 - Full Service Planning

Planning and negotiating contracts for the following:

- Accommodations

- Experiences - all activities

- Resources - speakers, entertainers, educators

- Dining - venue and menu selection

- Transportation - group and individual

Phase 4 - Dynamic Itinerary

The BQ Team will create a customized itinerary that the entire group can easily access - updates will be reflected in real time, ensuring everyone stays informed throughout the retreat

Phase 5 - On-Call

The BQ Planner will be available on-call throughout the retreat to troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed, providing prompt solutions to any issues that may arise
